Why are there multiple storage facilities?
We work with multiple breeds and breeders across the country. While we try to centralize storage locations, there are many benefits to working with multiple facilities in different regions of the country.
How will I receive my order?
Once your order is placed, we will notify the storage facility to release units to you. If you have an existing account with the facility, the units will be transferred to your account. If you do not have an account with the facility, an account will be created for you. It is your responsibility to arrange shipment or pickup from the storage facility. Please allow 1-3 business days for the transfer to be completed. You are responsible for any fees associated with storage or shipment.
What are my delivery options?
Once the order is complete, the buyer needs to contact the storage facility directly to setup shipping. Orders must be shipped or transferred to your account at storage facilities in 30 days or less.
When will my order be ready?
Orders may take 1-3 business days to be released at storage facilities. Certificates may take 1-3 business days to be transferred with the respective breed association.
Are purchases final sale?
All sales are final. We do not guarantee outcomes of any products.
Are genetics guaranteed?
No. Due to the nature of genetic products we are unable to guarantee any outcomes.
